Sunday Morning: 10:00AM
We meet at Lakeview Senior Center/Community Center which is at the corner of Alton and Lake Street. Dress is casual. Contemporary worship in song followed by a message from the Bible, usually expositional, verse by verse instruction. Children's ministry available for infants through 13 year olds. Jr Highers and High Schoolers meet with the adults.

Wednesday Night Bible Study: 7:30 PM
Our Midweek study meets at Lakeview Senior Center, located at the corner of Alton & Lake Street in Irvine. We pray together, sing together, take communion together, study the Bible together and fellowship together so that we may grow together in the grace and knowledge of Jesus Christ. Special time of prayer 6:45 - 7:15 PM. Time of Worship, Communion and Bible Study 7:30 PM

The Men's and Women's Fellowships meet on alternate Mondays at 7 PM. Call the church office for directions to the studies.

Men’s Bible Study: The Men’s Fellowship continues their study through the Gospel of John at Pastor Jack’s. The study will be cancelled on October 27th, and will be meeting next on Monday, March 15th, 2009 beginning at 7:00pm at the home of Matthew Rankin. Women’s Bible Study: Our Fall Women’s Bible Study is excited to be starting their Fall Study: “Being a Titus 2 Woman” They will be kicking things off beginning on Monday, March 8th, 2009 @ 7:00pm at the home of Lisa Greenberg. Encourage you Ladies to make a COMMITMENT to being a part of what the Lord has in store in this study! Flyer and details are NOW available on the resource tables!

Morning Breakfast Study:  Pastor Bill continues his study going through the Bible Chronologically each Friday morning @ Denny’s beginning at 6:30am (Culver and the 5 Freeway). We are currently in Galations.

Married Couples Fellowship:We are excited that we have finally gotten things underway and truly look forward to what the Lord is going to do among us as we seek God’s heart for our marriages. We want to encourage all of you who are married to commit to gathering with us on the 4th Friday of each month; beginning March 26th @ Pastor Bill and Denise Evans home from 7:00pm-9:00pm. Flyer with further information are available on the resource tables. Hope to see our couples join with us! 

Announcements

Communion: We serve on the 1st Sunday of each month. The next Communion will be on Sunday, March 7th. Come and join us as well celebrate our Lord.

“One-Step To Freedom” Conference:  Free Conference @ Calvary Chapel Costa Mesa on Saturday March 13, 2010 from 8am to 1 pm in the Main Sanctuary. This is a free event for men and women of all ages that they have titled—“Lost and Found” and focuses on those who are struggling or feel lost because of addiction of some kind. There will be several special speakers along with music and over 15 tables of Christian based addiction programs. Mexico Outreach Opportunity!: The next opportunity for you to share in the Mexico Outreach to “Sonrisa” has been scheduled for Saturday, February 20th . Things are progressing "Poco a Poco" as Martha says. but there are still projects for us to do. We'll be continueing work on the the fire escape this month, not to mention the joy of being with the 45+ kids that are now there.

In reagards to the violence: We understand your concern and believe strongly that if you are not fully called to go, perhaps you should not be going. We do caravan in and out during the daylight hours and do carry hand held radios in each car. In the three years I have been going I have never seen any violence, but rest assured it is there. Please raise your concernes with me, but know also that we are still planning to go every month. God's work is still done in the midst of the battle and we know that the battle is heating up.
